I have been using 2 different models of the Sentry Air system for many years in my surgical clinic. Cautery smoke is both harmful to patient and surgeon, and can trigger nausea in an already nervous person. These fume extractors neutralize the smoke even in my small rooms. They are powerful workhorses that just go and go and go. There is very little maintenance required other than filter changes, which are easy to do.
