Sentry Air Systems manufactures custom HEPA filters designed to fit your application and filtration equipment based on size specifications, efficiency, and gasket placement. These HEPA filters are: constructed of flame retardant fiberglass paper, pleated to increase the surface area for lower pressure drop, and optimized filtration efficiently without compromising equipment productivity.

Custom Filter Order Process
Orders for our custom HEPA filters undergo a simple 5-step procedure. Approximate lead time varies depending on the length of the approval process but generally it takes up to 4-6 weeks for delivery of the initial product. (Orders are typically between 1-2 weeks subsequently after the initial process)
Design
You will work directly with application specialists to provide filter specifications: size, application, equipment, and efficiency. Our experienced team can help you select the best filter specifications dependent on your needs.
Approval
Your approval of the design and pricing is needed before production is set in motion. You will have the option to make changes and modifications to the design before submitting final approval.
Manufacturing
Sentry Air Systems utilizes the latest technology in filter making to create your custom HEPA filters in house based on the approved design and specifications.
Quality Control
Our production team visually inspects each custom HEPA filter against high quality standards.
Delivery
Complete order is sent to you to complete the custom HEPA filter order. The filters start serving their application’s purpose to provide the customer with excellent filtration and/or fume extraction.

For custom orders, our capabilities allow filters that range from 1” to 48” in length, 1” to 39” in width, and 1” to 6” in height (2.5 cm to 121 cm in length, 2.5 cm to 99 cm in width, and 2.5 cm to 15 cm in height). -

Depending on the application, our specialists will design the custom HEPA filter to have the appropriate gasket placement. Gasket placements include upstream, downstream, and both.
