The Model 300 Mounted Single Sentry Fume Extractor is an excellent choice for small or limited workspace environments where source-capture air filtration is desired. This unit is equipped with a flame-retardant, self-supportive flex arm that can easily be moved depending on the operator’s preference. The base of this unit is capable of several mounting configurations, including bench-mounting, under-the-table mounting, and shelf or wall mounting.
This source capture fume extractor has been used for operations such as soldering, chemical fume extraction, laser fumes, solvent and epoxy fume control, powder and capsule filling, light grinding, and many other applications that involve the emission of particulate and fumes.
Several filter options are available for this unit and are selected depending on the application being performed. Standard options include HEPA filtration [up to 99.97% efficient on particles 0.3 microns and larger], ASHRAE filtration [up to 95% efficient on particles 0.5 microns and larger], Activated Carbon, and specialty-blended filter media [i.e. Acid Gas, Mercury, Aldehyde, Ammonia]. The Mounted Single Sentry allows multiple filter media to be housed inside the filter chamber for applications that emit both particulates and fumes.
