When the application requires a hooded type enclosure on the work surface, the SS - 360 -DCH Ductless Fume Hood may be an excellent choice. This unit features unique hinged folding side panels, a high-density polyethylene base, a clear polycarbonate top and a hinged sloping front lid. A standard 33 Watt -27" Wide light and hand-held air velocity meter are included.
For additional visibility, a transparent version is available at extra cost.
The powerful fan on top of the hood combines with a variety of Hepa filters and carbon filters to provide strong suction across the inlet area. Typical uses may include capsule filling, powder filling, R&D, light grinding and a variety of applications involving chemical fumes and dusts.
